Who watched the Super Bowl last night? I did! It was very exciting and it was a good game. This was the first time ever that the Saints had ever made an appearance at the Super Bowl. And it was even more exciting that they beat the Colts! Go Saints! My favorite part about watching the Super Bowl is all my friends and family together. I went to my neighbor’s house to watch the game; we had all kinds of foods and desserts to enjoy the game. I think I had at least 20 different foods! I had cake, pizza, fruit, queso, chips, cookies, brownies, and so much more. I played football in the backyard. It was boys against girls, and of course, the girls won. The girls were playing really well. The boys were getting a little frustrated! My neighbor has the best TV in the world. He has a 65”. It was amazing to watch the game on. It was like you were in a movie theater. My friends lives in New Orleans, and he said that it was insane on Bourbon Street. He said that it was so loud because everyone was screaming over the victory. He also said that people were getting on people’s shoulders and throwing themselves into the crowd! Well, football season is over, and we will have to wait until next year. I can not wait for next year; can not wait to see what kind of crazy surprises it brings us in football. Go Saints! |

As 09 have left us another year begins, but this time lets make it right. While last year was the year of gain every thing back that we had in deed have lost, but not yet have fulfilled, so as this year we will gain it back but we can also have fun this year too. So this is the end of a decade and the beginning of a new one. But what will we remember from our last great decade, will it be the rise of the ipod? Or the death of many good people. We will talk good things about it and cherish it for this was OUR decade. |

Monday Night Raw on February 8, 2010, was very interesting. There was a Triple Threat tag team match for the Unified Tag Team Championship titles. It was D-Generation X versus The Straight Edge Society versus the Big Show and the Miz. Shawn Michaels, from D-Generation X, went for the cover to eliminate The Straight Edge Society, CM Punk and Luke Gallows. Then, it was D-Generation X versus the Big Show and the Miz. When Triple H was about to use his finishing move on the Big Show or the Miz, Shawn Michaels tagged himself in. He was trying to redeem himself from losing against the Undertaker at Wrestlemania 25. Triple H stood there looking at him in disbelief. He was standing close at the corner of the ring and Shawn Michaels was standing in front of him. The Miz quickly took advantage if that moment, pushing Shawn Michaels into Triple H. Triple H was pushed into the corner of the ring. With the two legal men being Shawn Michaels and the Miz, the Miz, the ultimate opportunist, grabbed Shawn Michaels. He rolled into the cover, and won the match. Now, the Unified Tag Team Champions are the Big Show and the Miz. They call themselves ‘The Show Miz’. Triple H was infuriated by Shawn Michaels because he caused them to loose the Unified Tag Team Championship titles. Shawn Michaels immediately requested to be transferred to WWE Friday Night Smackdown, but Teddy Long, the General Manager of Smackdown, refused to accept him. When Triple H came, Shawn Michaels super kicked Teddy Long, then left. |

Oh my gosh. Casserole. Ew. It is so disgusting. So over break we go to my grandma’s. Dinner, did you just get a nice little homemade meal image? Wrong idea. She is always making casseroles. Mexican casserole, tuna casserole, you name a casserole she’s made it. We have nicely told her that my family just doesn’t really like casserole, several times. You would think a sweet loving grandmother would listen and makes a nice lovely dish of spaghetti, or something, right? I still haven’t figured out why she does it. Don’t get me wrong my family LOVE’s my grandma. She is such a sweety. I think my family just has issues with casserole… Wouldn’t you prefer some comfort food like grilled cheese when you visit your grandma? Does anybody else have issues with casserole? Am I some kind of casserole freak? My friend’s mom makes them chicken casserole every week!!! Is there a psychological diagnosis for people with casserolephobia? Now I am slightly disturbed with myself… How can a person be so disgusted by casserole??? Now I feel like I need to go to casserole counseling or something. After spending all this time thinking about casserole I feel like that when I go to sleep I’ll dream about casserole… |

I think Lopez is going too strict on jeans. So what if you have a hole in the knee of your jeans. Even if it is the smallest scratch, you have to call your mom up so she can get you other ones. Or you wear tape on the holes. The tape on the jeans makes it look even worse than just the holes. I don’t think holes in the knees are distracting or are a problem with safety. They are just there, holes in your jeans. Why do we have to call and upset our parents at work to go home, grab a pair of jeans and come to the school to give us the pants and get back to work? It is just harder to do that. What if they don’t answer their phone? We have to put our gross gym shorts on and walk around all day, or put gross masking tape on the holes. Give us some freedom, come on we are in middle school and it’s like we are behind bars for seven hours of every day every week. The school is too strict, I think that we should be allowed to wear jeans with holes in them. |
